Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number you have received to work.
If your tracking number begins with the letter “D” and your order is being shipped outside of Canada, you chose a shipping option that does not offer tracking. This number is a reference number, and is only used if the package is deemed lost and we need to initiate an investigation through the courier you selected.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary and depend on which option you select at checkout. We allow this flexibility so you can choose a more economical option if you don’t need your items expedited.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on delivery location, delivery speed, and order weight. You are able to choose the courier and rate at checkout after you input your address. If you’d like to save on shipping, we recommend bulk ordering (for example, order multiple items or order with a group of friends).
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) and a link. Please note that most standard international shipping rates do not include tracking.

Not at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Typically, we can't make changes to an order once it has been placed. Once it has been submitted to our warehouse, we cannot make changes. If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to halt the process.
What currency is the site in?

How do your shirts fit?
Generally, we try to hint sizing in the garment title. For example, for our ‘slim-fitting’ tank tops, we suggest ordering a size up. For our ‘unisex’ products, we’d suggest men ordering a size up, and women a size down.
Otherwise, our products fit fairly true to size.

Can I make a cross-border return?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cross-border returns. All sales outside of Canada are final.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
We are unable to process returns on any items bought during a sale (with a coupon code) or on sale (pre-discounted).
Where is my order? I ordered it on pre-sale and haven't heard from you?
Pre-sale items vary in processing and shipping times due to a number of external factors. We will only notify you once there is a change in your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on any pre-order/pre-sale items. Be assured that if you received an order # and payment was charged your items have been secured - you will be updated with any more information as soon as it becomes available.
I ordered something on pre-sale, but also ordered a few items that weren't - where are they?
Your order will only ship once it is complete. If you order something on pre-sale/pre-order it will hold your entire order.
